My website or app stopped working. What should I do?
First check your internet and reload the page. If it still doesn't open, raise a ticket. For clients on a care plan we check the website regularly ourselves.
How much does it cost to change prices or photos?
Free with a care plan. Without a plan, ₹299 per change. Send the new prices on WhatsApp and we update them the same day.
Where is my data kept? Is it safe?
Orders, stock and customer data stay in a Google Sheet in your own Google account. You can view or download it any time, or remove our access.
Who sees my screen during remote help?
Only Rakesh Kumar, and only when you give permission by sharing a code. The connection ends as soon as the work is done. We never ask for passwords.
Do you visit factories in Ghiloth and Neemrana?
Yes. Along with Pacheri, Singhana and Buhana, we visit the Ghiloth, Neemrana and Shahjahanpur RIICO areas.
How do I stop a support plan?
Tell us on WhatsApp one month in advance. No penalty. Your data and domain remain yours.
